Get 80% of the developer's commission by booking project with Alnair help!
When booking and selling an apartment with Alnair help, a self-employed broker gets 90% of the developer's commission (after deducting transaction-related expenses). To do this, it is necessary to book an apartment through the booking form on the Alnair website and wait for the managers of the partner company Intermark to contact you within 1 hour to clarify the details and complete the transaction
Definitions
Booking price — the cost of the real estate property.
Booking payment — the payment cost when booking.
Down payment — the initial payment (the first payment according to the payment plan from the developer).
Your commission — the broker’s commission.
Payment plan — the payment schedule from the developer.

Chess view — select Book apartment, fill in the booking form (project, building, apartment will already be filled).
Project page — select Book apartment, enter project details (project, building, apartment), and complete the booking form.
Profile — choose Bookings, then Make bookings, enter project details (project, building, apartment), and fill out the booking form.

1. Enter client information and upload their documents:
Client name & surname — еnter the client’s booking information; the name must match the passport.
Phone — enter the client’s phone number.
E-mail — enter the client’s email address.
Upload passport — upload scans of the Client’s passport, acceptable formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF.
2. Select the preferred payment method for the Client:
Payment method — сhoose the card for payment.
Comment — аdd any comments about the interaction with the client or communication with the broker handling the booking.
3. Contact the Booking manager, if needed, using the contact details provided in the booking form.
4. Submit the booking request.

  1. The Booking manager receives the request.
  2. The Booking manager contacts the broker to confirm details.
  3. The Booking manager checks with the Developer's Manager for the property's availability.
  4. The Developer's manager prepares the booking form.
  5. The Booking manager sends the booking form to the broker via the Alnair participant portal.
  6. Depending on the payment method, the broker receives instructions for pre-booking with a 2-hour validity.

The broker commission payment procedure is coordinated between the Booking manager and the broker upon confirmation of the booking request.

The payout of the Broker’s commission, which is 90% of the developer’s commission (minus transaction-related expenses), is processed within 5 business days after the receipt of payment from the Developer into the partner company’s account
