A step-by-step guide for agencies on how to prepare documents, sign a framework agreement, and get access to Alnair services.
Required copy of documents
If your agency is registered in the UAE, you will need:
Trade License
Official trade license of your agency, confirming your legal right to operate in the UAE.
TRN Certificate
Tax registration certificate required for proper invoicing and compliance.
Authorized Signatory
Full name and job title of the person who will sign the contract on behalf of the agency.
Power of Attorney (POA)
If a representative signs the contract, a valid Power of Attorney document must be provided.
Contact Person
Details of your primary contact (full name, phone number, and email) for communication.
Invoicing Email
The email address where all invoices will be sent.
If your organization is registered outside the UAE, you will need to provide all company registration documents. In this case, the signing process may take a little longer.
How It Works
Submit Request
Send all required documents, contact details, and information to sales@alnair.ae.
Introductory meeting
Online or offline. Our manager will answer all your questions and clarify the details.
Contract preparation
We prepare a framework agreement based on your documents and requirements.
Signing the Contract
Can be done electronically or in person. A Power of Attorney (POA) is required if signed by a representative.
Service Activation
After signing, services are delivered upon requests sent by email from the designated contact person.
System Access
Your organization receives access, and the appointed administrator is trained on user management.
Staff Training
Conducted online by default. On-site training can be arranged if needed.
Subscription Plans & Pricing
Monthly subscription (VAT excluded). Save 10% with quarterly billing or 20% with annual billing.
