What does the Partners Channel consist of?
This system is a comprehensive SAAS platform designed for Developers and Real Estate Agents and Agencies, providing access to an extensive database of real estate properties from various Developers across the UAE, Oman, Thailand, and soon Bali and other countries worldwide.
The Alnair platform enables Agents to access comprehensive property characteristics, efficiently create selections for clients-buyers, schedule property visits, download contracts, and facilitate payments for properties on behalf of clients-buyers.
Agents utilize the platform's automated capabilities for uploading listings to their websites, promotional materials, and integrating with their CRM systems. They have access to analytics, a sales knowledge system, and marketing opportunities provided by Developers and the platform. Additionally, there are opportunities for joint deal closures with Intermark in various countries worldwide.

Additionally, there is automatic distribution of availability updates to brokers via WhatsApp.

All document management is handled through the platform, eliminating the need for signing individual contracts with agents (transactions are processed under pre-signed agreements with Intermark). There is no need to conduct KYC procedures (verification is carried out by the platform and Intermark). Commission payments from transactions are made to a single legal entity—Intermark—which then distributes the rewards to the Agents.
All communication with agents can be organized through the platform, including maintaining a registry of real estate agencies and agents, as well as tracking sales statistics for each agent.
