For Agencies

Alnair offers an Agency plan. The Agency Plan is paid collectively for a group of brokers and, in addition to all Alnair service functions, provides a range of additional advantages for your company.
Booking feature managment

Allows you to control access to the booking feature. You can disable it if you don't want your employees to have access to it or continue to enjoy its benefits.

White label

This feature enables you to place your company's logo instead of the Alnair logo, allowing you to use our portal as your own resource. You can create branded PDF sales offers (logo, agency information) and have a personal domain for sending collections and sales offers.

Agency Users Management

The user-friendly and easy-to-use dashboard allows you to easily grant access to your employees or disconnect them from the agency account. You can provide access to new employees in place of those who have left the company.

Advanced Support (Personal Manager)

You have direct access to a personal manager who is ready to assist you with any questions regarding account management and receive your feedback.

How to request Agency Plan ?
1. Go to Profile tab, select Create Agency.
2. Fill out the displayed Request Agency Plan form (choose the plan duration, number of users, and enter the agency details).
3. Click Request Plan.
4. Go to Profile tab again (you should see a section with the name of your agency).
5. Click on the Agency icon.
6. Then select Members.
7. In the opened tab, click Invite via e-mail.
8. In the opened window, enter the email addresses of your broker colleagues who will be using the subscription and add them.
